Your Single Source Solution
Since 2005, Home Transition Solutions has assisted hundreds of Quad City clients tackle their most overwhelming (and often stressful) situations.
We provide highly personalized, confidential and compassionate services to each one of our clients.
When you’re ready to move to a smaller space, facing the daunting task of sorting through possessions you’ve had for years, even decades, is just plain overwhelming. As transition specialists, we have a profound commitment to helping each client transition from their former residence to a new one.
With the gentle, expert guidance of experienced, downsizing professionals, you and your family will be able to make key decisions without the emotional and physical distress that can go along with this change, often avoiding the costly mistakes and remorse that can accompany these major lifestyle transitions. We take the worry and work out of the moving process, letting you simply enjoy your new home!
And when you need guidance in deciding whether or not to remain in your home as you (or your family member) grow older, our highly trained and certified professionals can guide you through the decision-making process with a thriving (aging) in place consultation and thorough home assessment with a report that gives you recommendations specific to your needs. We cover everything from finance and health to transportation and socialization. These are all issues that must be considered when planning ahead.
If home safety is a concern, whether age or a health condition is involved, our evaluation provides targeted recommendations and resources for ensuring that the home is a safe and secure residence to live in. This provides peace of mind for both you and your family.
We (and our resource partner firms) are always here for you.
